What we collect

When you use the contact form or the project planner, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, project location, project type and description, and any site photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and prepare for a consultation about your project. Project planner descriptions and photos are processed by an AI model to draft a consultation brief for the Coast team.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored securely and are visible only to authorized Coast team members. Site photos are kept in private storage.
